Wild Jam and Green Festival

The "Podsquaddizle" was in San Jose last week where the Wild 94.9 Crew hosted a great Wildjam concert! Akon, Ciara, E-40 and Ludacris were all there for this explosive event! Next stop for the green shirts was the Green Festival in downtown SF. We checked out all sorts of earth-loving products and tried a bunch of yummy organic foods! Thanks to all of our new StreetStarz and friends!

Gears of War 2 Launch Party

The Podsquad had a handful-of-fun this week! First, we went to the Game Crazy Gears of War II release party, where we showed off our video game skills and scored some tips from the GOW gurus! Then, we tested our car knowledge by checking out the "hottest rides" at the Good Guys Rod & Custom Car Show! (check our flickr page for those pics) We had a blast meeting all of the Gears of War and hot rod fanatics! Great America Halloween Haunt

When the sun goes down, the real Halloween fun begins at Great America! The CW Podsquad had a "Spook-tacular" time escaping from the ghosts and goblins in the haunted mazes of the Halloween Haunt and we even got to make friends with dead pirates, zombies and new StreetStarz! So get your masks and costumes ready to celebrate this "graveyard-smash", CW style!

Pumpkin Festival 2008

It was pumpkin pandemonium for the Podsquad this weekend as the crew headed to Half Moon Bay to celebrate Halloween's favorite decoration! The art and pumpkin festival was full of amazing activities. There were parades, people, pie eating and lets not forget…the pumpkin carving. In celebration of the first fall holiday, we passed out our infamous orange and black glasses. Now & Zen Fest

The CW Podsquad reached "true musical enlightenment" at the 11th Annual Alice 97.3 Now and Zen Fest in Golden Gate Park! Not only did we jam to the sounds of Sugar Ray, Duffy, Gavin DeGraw, Sara Bereilles and Lenka, but we also passed out our popular sunglasses to the music-loving masses! So come with us as we attain some ZEN together!
